SMS

SMS conversations are available on the Communications menu in GoCRM. To view text messages, click on the SMS icon. You will find communications from your contacts, as well as unknown phone number that have not been added to your contact list.


The communication center offers an easy to use UI in order to continue your conversations with multiple contacts at once.


Call Log

Calls are available on the Communications menu in GoCRM. To view calls, click on the Phone icon. You will find communications from your contacts, as well as an unknown phone number that has not been added to your contact list.


You can browse your full call history in chronological order, and listen to call recordings.


Voicemail

Voicemails are available on the Communications menu in GoCRM. To view voicemails, click on the Recorder icon. You will find voicemails from your contacts, as well as unknown phone numbers that have not been added to the system.

You can browse your full voicemail history in chronological order, and listen to your voicemail recordings.


Emails

Synced emails are available on the Communications menu in GoCRM. To view synced emails, click on the Mail icon. Please keep in mind only emails exchanged with your contacts in Gmail will be pulled into GoCRM and associated with contacts based on their email addresses.

You can browse your full email history in chronological order, and reply to any conversations from there.

In order to begin receiving data in your communication center, be sure to set up your phone and emails.
