Adding contacts from CSV files is a popular option, whether you have created the file yourself from a spreadsheet or exported it from another CRM.
To import contacts from a CSV file, login to your GoCRM and go to the Settings tab and select CSV Import page.
Is there a limit to how many contacts I can import?
Yes, you can only import, 10,000 contacts at a time. If for example you have a file of 15,000 contacts we recommend you split the file into 2.
