Multiple Pipelines

Using multiple pipelines can be quite useful in certain situations. You may be a company that offers different kinds of products that may need their own proprietary stages during the closure of a deal. For example, a Realtor may have different deal stages and processes for both buyers and sellers which may require a unique pipeline.

Creating Pipelines

To create a new pipeline on GoCRM open the Settings > Deal Pipelines page in your GoCRM account. There will be a default pipeline, but you can create a new one by clicking on Create Pipeline in the top right corner.

Once the pipeline is then added to your account and you can now start editing its stages and settings. Once the pipeline is up to your specifications, hit Update.

You can view your new pipeline by going into the Deals tab, then clicking on the Pipeline dropdown menu to select your desired pipeline.
